Pay Onchain — Restricted / Unsupported Industries

Binance Pay Onchain (Connect) cannot support merchants, businesses, products, services and/or use cases involving any of the following restricted industries:

• Child sexual abuse material, pornography, adult industry and/or any sale of sexual services;
• Arms, ammunition, weapons, military goods and/or related accessories;
• Unlicensed financial services and/or any financial services that require licensing, registration or regulatory approval but do not have the required authorization in the relevant territory;
• Illegal and/or unlicensed casinos, gaming, betting, gambling and/or other activities related to these industries;
• Cryptocurrency exchanges, coin swap services and/or exchange-like services, as determined by Binance in its sole discretion;
• Prepaid card, debit card, credit card, card issuing, card top-up, card balance funding and/or other card-related services;
• High-risk crypto financial services, as determined by Binance in its sole discretion;
• Non-custodial wallets that do not meet the required approved flow, including the required two-way deposit flow requirement;
• Payment processors, aggregators, technical service providers and/or sub-merchant models that cannot provide sufficient merchant transparency, restricted industry controls, payer country controls and/or other required compliance controls;
• Such other businesses, products, services and/or activities which would be considered illegal, restricted or sensitive in the relevant territory, or that could expose Binance, its affiliates, partners, users or any other party to legal, regulatory, sanctions, compliance or reputational risk, as determined by Binance in its sole discretion.
